1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the SilverKeysStays LTD website at silverkeystays.com. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. SilverKeysStays LTD is registered in England and Wales and based in Cambridge. Contact: silverkeystays@gmail.com.

2. Use of the website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it by knowingly introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or using it in any way that damages or impairs the site or another person's use of it.

3. Information on this site

Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. Income figures, projections and comparisons are illustrative only, vary by property, location and season, and do not constitute a guarantee, valuation, or financial, legal or tax advice. Any estimate becomes meaningful only after a discovery call and property assessment. You should take independent professional advice before making decisions about your property.

4. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us. Management fees start from 12% and the exact fee is confirmed in writing following a free discovery call. Any management services we provide will be governed by a separate written management agreement.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, layout and imagery, is owned by or licensed to SilverKeysStays LTD. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

6. Links to other sites

Our site may link to third-party websites such as booking platforms. Those links are provided for convenience only; we have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data under UK GDPR.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time by updating this page. Please check back periodically; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
